We are pleased to share that Kate Mays, Chief Operating Officer at CSI Companies, will serve as our 2025 First Coast Go Red for Women® chairperson. CSI Companies is a national staffing and recruiting firm, and in her role, Kate manages the organization’s operations and collaborates on comprehensive strategic efforts. Kate is an exceptional community leader who is fervently devoted to advancing women’s cardiovascular health. Kate’s engagement with the American Heart Association has spanned several years. She acted as 2021 First Coast Woman of Impact Chairperson, has served on the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women® Executive Leadership Cabinet and is a member of Circle of Red. Kate’s dedication and commitment will help educate, motivate and inspire women across the First Coast to take charge of their heart health.
